Returns & Shipping

We will dispatch the product within one business day; however, the shipping time will depend on the distance. Typically, it will take 5 to 7 business days.

We take great care to pack and process your orders, ensuring quality checks are in place. If, by any chance, you receive damaged merchandise, please send a photo of the damaged product and box to nuviqeofficial@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Our support team will promptly assist with a replacement or store credit.

Returns:

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 2 days of delivery. Please clearly mention the items you wish to return. Properly pack the items you're returning as damage due to poor packaging on your end may affect the credit or replacement process.

Return Charges:

For returns, we charge a nominal reverse pick-up fee (cost estimate to be calculated as below eg.):

Order value - Rs. 1000 (shipping cost Rs. 100)

Order value - Rs. 2000 (shipping cost Rs. 200)

And so on.

Return Conditions:

Returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received. Properly pack the shipment before handing it to the courier agent.

Missing or Tampered Shipments:

If you suspect that your parcel has been tampered with, please do not accept the shipment. In case of missing products or theft in transit, contact our support team immediately.

Delayed Shipping:

We use external shipping aggregators and are not liable for shipping delays. Reach out to our customer team for time-sensitive orders.

Order Changes and Cancellations:

Orders cannot be altered or cancelled after 12 hours of placement. Shreeji Enterprises reserves the right to deny future COD orders. Prepaid order cancellations may incur 2-way shipping costs.

Returns Processing:

We aim to process all returns within 10 days. For any questions about your return, reach out to our NUVIQE Care team.

Return Request Approval:

Return requests must be approved by our support team via email, text, or WhatsApp. Once your request is received, please allow up to 48 hours for a response.

Face Masks:

Face masks are not returnable or refundable due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Store Credits:

Once returns clear quality checks, you will receive store credit, which can be redeemed in your next purchase within the next 12 months without limitations or minimum order values.

Disputes:

In case of disputes that remain unresolved, the jurisdiction for such disputes shall be Kolkata, WB, India.

Hand-Made Products:

For artisanal and hand-made products, natural variations in texture, color, and size are not considered defects. These variations add uniqueness to each product.
